Take Action on Meeting Category Insights in the Viva Insights app in Teams and on the web

The Viva Insights app in Teams and on the web helps users tag and label their calendar events using categories. With the upcoming update, users can now take actions on their meetings to align their time spent with their goals. These actions include cancelling, declining, and categorizing/recategorizing meetings. Users can also see how their meeting time is distributed, view meeting trends, and review details about each meeting through meeting category insights. This feature is available for users with a Viva Insights subscription and will be rolled out from early March to late March. Users who haven't categorized meetings in the last 3 months and the next 4 weeks won't be able to view meeting category insights, but once they categorize their meetings during this time period, they will have access to those insights.
