Net Promoter Score survey coming to Teams Rooms on Windows

Microsoft is introducing a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to Teams Rooms on Windows in an effort to gather feedback from its customers. The survey will be optional and will appear at the end of some meetings in conference rooms, asking for feedback on the experience in the room. The survey will not gather any personal information or email addresses, and the results will be solely for Microsoft consumption. The rooms selected for the survey will be random, and in the future, an IT admin will have the option to turn off or on the survey. The survey will be presented once every 5 days and for only one meeting in that day. The optional survey will be rolled out starting late June and is expected to be completed by early August. If desired, users should be informed that they may see the survey and encouraged to give feedback.
