Microsoft Teams: New Net Promoter Score survey in Teams Rooms on Windows
Microsoft Teams is introducing a new Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to gather feedback from meeting room participants. This survey will occasionally appear on Teams Rooms on Windows consoles once a Teams Meeting ends, helping to make Teams Rooms experiences better. The survey aims to capture participant feedback and improve the overall meeting experience. The feature is currently available globally and has been released as part of the General Availability release phase in June CY2023 on the Cloud platform.
To access this feature, simply be on the lookout for the NPS survey prompt as you exit a Teams Meeting on your Windows console in Teams Rooms.
