Net Promoter Score (NPS) Sentiment Insights Per Topic Available to IT Administrators

IT administrators will now have access to new features aimed at enhancing their Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey insights dashboard experience. Specifically, the dashboard will offer sentiment analysis per topic, empowering users to identify the prevailing mood attached to each topic. This will be made possible through the calculation of NPS feedback comments, which will then be correlated to specific topics. Among the features available will be the identification of trending topics as well as the ability to understand user sentiment regarding specific topics. The feature will be rolled out beginning in November and fully integrated in late November.

To access these features, navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and look under Health > Product feedback > NPS survey insights tab. This added functionality promises to enhance the ability of IT administrators to gauge user sentiment, allowing them to develop more responsive measures as needed.
