Decoupling Data Loss Prevention Rules | Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal
This post discusses the decoupling of policy tips and email notifications in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal for Data Loss Prevention in SharePoint and OneDrive. Previously, enabling one required enabling the other, but now admins can configure either one or both simultaneously. This added flexibility allows for better customization of data loss prevention policies. This feature is set to release in June CY2024 and is currently in the preview release phase as of May CY2024.
