Display outbound pool names used to send messages externally from within Exchange Online
This article outlines a new feature that Exchange Service Administrators can expect to see in Exchange Online when sending messages externally. Specifically, the name of the outbound pool used will now be included in the message tracing output, simplifying mail flow troubleshooting by allowing administrators to easily identify which outbound pool was used for any given message. The new feature is expected to be fully enabled by mid-November 2023 and no action is required on the part of tenants to enable it.
