Update Microsoft 365 Admin Mobile app to Continue Receiving Notifications
The Microsoft 365 Admin mobile app is receiving a revamp of push notification messages, which will affect users on old app versions. The changes have been rolled out in iOS app version 4.3.4 and Android app version 4.5.3. However, users on old app versions may not receive all notifications. This update will roll out in late October, and admin users who don't update their app may not receive crucial notifications such as tenant-level Service Health, Message center and Billing notifications in the Microsoft 365 Admin app. To ensure that you continue to receive all notifications, users are advised to update their Microsoft 365 Admin app to the latest available version on both Android and iOS.
