Sensitivity Labels enabled in Teams Mobile Meetings

The use of sensitivity labels in mobile meetings has been enabled on Microsoft Teams, allowing users to collaborate securely and maintain compliance standards. Users, along with any default label applied by administrators, can choose specific sensitivity labels while creating a meeting by clicking on the sensitivity label field. When labeled, the content of the meeting will be considered sensitive in accordance with the label's settings. Specifically, in channel meetings, the label that is used by default in Teams is inherited and cannot be altered. This change will begin rolling out in mid-February 2024, with completion expected by early March 2024, and users will be able to view the labels associated with their organization. No action is required in advance of this change, but relevant users may need to be notified and any relevant documentation updated.
