The November 2024 Windows security update is now available

Microsoft has released the November 2024 security update, applicable to all supported versions of Windows and strongly recommends promptly installing it. The update comprises of improvements from the October 24, 2024, KB5044384 update, which includes fixing an issue where Task Manager may count the number of process groups incorrectly upon turning on "Group by type." Another issue resolved in this update pertains to Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), which may restrict access to Dev Drive.
