Microsoft Viva: Meeting prep inline suggestions coming to Outlook with Viva Insights
Microsoft Viva's latest feature, inline suggestions for meeting preparation time, is set to revolutionize how users plan and execute meetings. Users who have subscribed to Viva Insights will now receive suggestions within Outlook to book meeting prep time. This feature will activate when the meeting is between 30 and 60 minutes long, has fewer than 12 attendees, is not recurring, and the user has time on their calendar for preparation.
This new feature enhances the productivity of Outlook, giving users greater control over their calendar and allowing them to make the most of their meetings. This capability is set to be generally available for the platform by January of CY2023.
