Control the availability of Copilot in Viva Goals using Viva Feature Access Management starting in July 2024
Starting from mid-July 2024 to late August 2024, Copilot in Viva Goals will be managed by Viva Feature Access Management (VFAM) which allows administrators to control its availability, either for specific groups or entire tenants. Viva Feature Access Management (VFAM) allows global admins and Viva Goals admins to control the availability of Microsoft Copilot in Viva Goals, replacing the current control in the Viva Goals admin portal. The current settings in the Viva Goals admin portal for enabling or disabling Viva Goals Copilot will be deprecated and all existing configurations will be automatically transferred to VFAM without requiring reconfiguration. Admins can use PowerShell cmdlets or Microsoft 365 admin center to turn Viva Goals Copilot ON or OFF for everyone or for specific users or groups by creating tenant or group level access policies.
