Together mode and content share layout improvement

Microsoft Teams is rolling out an improvement to the layout of Together mode and content share to offer a more natural experience. The new layout displays Together mode under the shared content, allowing users to view the participants in Together mode and shared content simultaneously. The full Together mode experience, including raised hands, reactions, and name labels, is available. The change is expected to roll out by mid-December 2023 for Targeted Release and mid-January 2024 for Standard Release. GCC-H and DoD are expected to complete the rollout by late February 2024. Organizations may consider updating their documentation for users to prepare for this change.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 181615 and get ready to experience this exciting update to Together mode and shared content layout.
