Viva Engage – Edit and schedule polls
Microsoft Viva's Engage feature just got a lot more flexible with the introduction of editing and scheduling capabilities for polls. Users can now edit polls before publication, although published polls can no longer be modified. This feature brings the polls on par with other post types (discussion, question, praise, and article) in Engage and allows greater freedom in scheduling content for publication. The feature was released for general availability in January CY2025 and can be accessed through the web-based Microsoft Viva platform on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instance.
