Horizontal – Microsoft Purview capabilities for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft Purview has introduced a set of capabilities that will be generally available to strengthen data security and enable compliance management for Microsoft 365 Copilot. The set of capabilities includes honoring sensitivity labels and encrypted content, capturing events for Copilot prompts and responses, performing retention and deletion policies, and analyzing potentially risky communications using Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance. These capabilities are expected to be rolled out between November and December of 2023 and will help organizations to detect business conduct and regulatory compliance violations.
