Microsoft SharePoint: Resource Specific Consent
Microsoft SharePoint has introduced a new feature called "Resource Specific Consent" which includes selected permissions and APIs to support application permissions for all levels where it is possible to break inheritance. This feature is applicable for both delegated and app-only modes of operation. The release is targeted for December CY2023 and will be available on the Web Cloud Instance GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, and DoD platforms. The feature ID is 124842 and the roadmap link is available on the Microsoft website.
