OneDrive simplified sharing, Connections news notifications, Teams work hours and location - #287

Microsoft is rolling out a simplified sharing user-interface for OneDrive. The updated Sharing window offers fewer choices to make when sharing a document from OneDrive. Now, users can simply enter an email address or group name to share a file with, set the level of permissions, and add a message. However, if users want to adjust the scope of the sharing, they need to navigate to the Settings cog at the bottom of the window. Additionally, Microsoft Teams will soon be able to work with the new Outlook "Work hours and location" setting, allowing users to change their online status settings. In other news, Viva Connections on mobile will notify users when there's news on their followed and frequent sites.
