Teams Personal Tabs in Outlook for Android
Outlook for Android users can now access Teams Personal Tabs through the app. The feature was announced in October 2022, with preview already available in the Android Beta program. After installation on Teams or Outlook, the personal tab will automatically appear on Outlook for Android, replacing the "more" button with "Apps" in the Tab Bar. The change is part of a greater effort to extend Teams apps across Microsoft 365. Organizations are encouraged to review the full documentation here to prepare for this transition. To access Files, Contacts, Pages and Mobile-ready teams, users can simply re-order or pin the apps to the Tab Bar. With these changes, Outlook for Android is set to deliver a more seamless experience for users who rely on Teams Personal Tabs for their daily workflows.
