Quality Score Columns in Manage Topics
Knowledge Managers using Viva Topics can now make use of new features aimed at providing more extensive information to improve network management. In the Manage Topics view, two new columns, Topic Score and Org Topic Score, have been added to enable better management of Viva Topics knowledge networks. The update will ensure that Knowledge Managers can deploy high-quality topics while prioritizing areas where they can access more comprehensive views of the topic. It is recommended that customers be informed and training documentation updated in preparation for this update.
