Microsoft Teams: Compact chat list
Microsoft Teams is rolling out a new chat density setting that allows users to condense their chat list, enabling them to view more chats on the screen. The new setting works by hiding message previews. This general availability release is scheduled for June CY2023 and will be available on the web and cloud platforms including Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, and DoD. This change is identified on Microsoft's roadmap with ID 126428. So, Teams users can expect to experience improved functionality and ease of use when conducting chats with this new upgrade.
