Viva Engage AMA Events Enables Private AMA and Now Allows Multiple Hosts and Organizers

Viva Engage is enabling a range of updates for its Ask Me Anything (AMA) Events, to provide additional functionality for users. Previously only public events were allowed, however, with this update, private events are possible and accessible to a specific audience. Additionally, AMA events can now have up to 10 hosts and organizers, which aims to expand the types of events and improve moderation. This change is set to rollout between late September 2023 and early October 2023, providing users with more control over their AMA Events. There is no preparation required at this time, but informing corporate communicators and leaders could help them leverage the enhanced capability of Viva Engage for more scenarios.
