Viva Engage – Verified Answers
Viva Engage is introducing a new feature called "Verified Answers," which enables experts and administrators to mark answers to questions as credible and accurate. Questions with verified answers will receive a special label and badge to increase the trust and usefulness of knowledge in Viva Engage. This feature will be released in the general availability phase in December CY2024, with a preview available in November CY2024, and will be accessible on the web cloud platform worldwide. The aim of this feature is to enhance the credibility of answers and promote accurate information. You can learn more about this feature in the roadmap link provided.
