OneDrive is getting a visual update to align itself with Microsoft's Fluent design system, which ensures a consistent and accessible design for all Microsoft products and users. The update includes an updated color palette, refreshed icons, increased opacity for drop shadows, and rounded corners for square graphical elements. The rollout will begin for Targeted Release customers in late March and for Standard Release customers in early April, with completion expected by mid-April. Despite the changes being small, they are designed to increase usability and accessibility. To prepare, organizations may consider updating their training and documentation as needed. Check out Microsoft's Fluent design system to learn more about the design philosophy.
