Microsoft Teams: Voting and archiving questions in Teams Q&A feed
Microsoft Teams is set to introduce a new feature that allows meeting organizers to enable attendees to upvote significant questions and archive questions from the main Q&A feed. This will be implemented globally by September 2024 as part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 398445, and organizations should notify their meeting organizers of these upcoming changes. With the new feature, attendees will be able to prioritize questions by upvoting important ones to the top of the Q&A feed, while organizers and co-organizers will have the option to organize questions by most upvoted or most recent. Notably, archiving questions will be useful for recurring meetings or events, where previous questions may no longer be relevant and need to be cleared from the main Q&A feed. Organizers and co-organizers will have the freedom to archive questions individually or in bulk and restore them to the main Q&A feed at any time. Keep an eye out for the updated Q&A public documentation, which will soon include details on these new features.
