Out-of-box Controlled-content meeting template (Premium)
A new out-of-the-box controlled-content meeting template is now available for meetings with external participants. This template allows for preset defaults for meeting options to ensure tight control over lobby bypass, presenter permissions, chat options, and recording permissions. Access to this template can be found in Teams Calendar under Schedule Meeting and then selecting Controlled-content meeting template. This new template eliminates the need for manual set-up and makes it easier to manage meetings with external participants. The rollout for this feature will begin in October 2023 for Standard Release, and earlier for various other releases including GCChigh, GCC, and DoD. Be sure to share this new functionality with your users to ensure maximum productivity.
