Microsoft Teams: New Teams meeting templates added to Outlook Teams add-in
Microsoft Teams users can now enjoy new meeting templates for Virtual Appointment, Webinar, and Town hall, thanks to the Outlook Teams add-in. This add-in enables organizers to configure these meetings directly in Outlook, allowing the events to appear on both the Teams and Outlook apps. The new meeting templates are available in the Teams meeting dropdown menu situated in the Calendar tab in Outlook. This capability is expected to be rolled out in the general availability release phase, projected for December CY2023.
For users worldwide, with a Standard Multi-Tenant Cloud Instance or GCC, these updates can help create more efficient meetings and make collaboration more seamless.
