Microsoft Teams: Controlled-content meeting template (Premium)
Microsoft Teams introduces a new out-of-the-box template designed to facilitate meetings with external participants. This controlled-content meeting template comes with preset defaults for meeting options that provide tight controls over lobby bypass, presenters, chat allowances in the lobby/in-meeting, and recording permissions. The template is available under the Premium subscription and is slated for general availability release in October CY2023. It can be accessed across platforms including Desktop, Cloud Instance GCC High, GCC, DoD, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). For more information, check out the Microsoft Teams roadmap ID 91286.
