A new policy is being introduced to disable Teams Meeting feedback surveys for unauthenticated users in order to improve user experience. This policy setting will allow tenant admins to turn off these surveys for anyone joining a Teams Meeting from outside your organization. It is set to roll out by late February 2024 and admin can use PowerShell to implement the CsTeamsMeetingConfiguration policy and the FeedbackSurveyForAnonymousUsers setting to enable or disable feedback surveys. It is important to note that if a user is eligible to receive a prompt to complete a feedback survey for their Microsoft Teams experience, some feedback responses like NPS may appear in the existing feedback hub. Stay informed by visiting Set-CsTeamsMeetingConfiguration.
