Microsoft Teams: Intelligent Meeting Recap (Premium)
Microsoft Teams has introduced the 'Recap' tab for their Premium license users. It provides a comprehensive meeting overview by utilizing AI to personalize highlights and key insights from a meeting. Users can catch-up, recall, and follow-up on meetings much faster as the Recap provides recording and transcription playback. The feature allows browsing the recording by speakers and topics as well as accessing AI-generated suggested notes, tasks, and @mentions. Teams Premium users can toggle the option to be anonymized in meeting transcripts by accessing Teams settings. Standard release is expected to roll out by late May. It is recommended to notify Teams Premium users and update training and documentation.
