Microsoft Viva Glint and Viva Insights integration for sentiment and collaboration data

Microsoft Viva Glint and Viva Insights are joining forces to provide a comprehensive view of sentiment and collaboration data. The integration will lead to the availability of a new Power BI report in the Viva advanced insights app and Viva Glint dashboard. Analysts can use the Power BI report template to connect sentiment data from Viva Glint with collaboration data from Viva Insights. HR users, on the other hand, will be able to use collaboration data from Viva Insights to filter and analyze Glint engagement survey results in the Viva Glint dashboard. This integration will allow HR users and analysts to combine sentiment and collaboration data, making it easier to understand employees’ full work experience, and identify areas for improvement. The public preview is available now, while the full rollout is expected to be completed by mid-November 2024. No admin action is required before the rollout. This integration will help organizations identify opportunities and strengths to meet organizational goals, ultimately improving employee experience.
