Microsoft Viva: Viva Pulse – Pulse data available in Insights Analyst Workbench
Microsoft Viva has introduced Viva Pulse, a new feature that provides HR analysts and admins with access to aggregated Pulse survey results and allows them to perform data analysis based on organizational attributes like job function, geographic location, job level, organizational hierarchy, etc. This new feature can be accessed through the Insights Analyst Workbench, which allows users to slice and dice the survey results. Viva Pulse is set to be released in January CY2025, with a preview available in December CY2024, and will be available on the web and cloud platforms worldwide.
