Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights ONA report wizard
Microsoft Viva has released a new feature called 'Viva Insights ONA report wizard,' designed to help analysts diagnose the impact of changes on cross-functional collaboration patterns. This feature utilizes ONA (Organizational Network Analysis) metrics to provide insights, which are visualized through simple network graphs. By using this feature, analysts can detect changes in collaboration before and after large-scale changes, such as reorganization, occur.
The Viva Insights ONA report wizard is available on the web and cloud instances for worldwide use. Its general availability release phase will occur in March of CY2024. The feature was created on September 26, 2023, and can be tracked on Roadmap ID 164204 at the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
