Cross-tenant manager synchronization
A new update is coming to Cross-tenant synchronization, allowing for the provisioning of the manager attribute. This will be rolled out in mid-December 2023 and expected to be completed by late January 2024. As long as the default schema is used, the manager attribute will begin provisioning automatically for new users. If non-default schema is used, the manager attribute can be added manually to attribute mappings. This update will have no impact on customers and no action is necessary on their part.
