Azure Active Directory: Cross-tenant manager synchronization
The Azure Active Directory Cross-tenant manager synchronization feature allows users to provision a manager across tenants. If you are using the default schema, the manager will automatically start to provision for new users. In configurations that do not use the default schema, you can add the manager attribute to your attribute mappings. This update is currently in the preview release phase and is set to be released in April CY2024. It will be available on the web cloud platform for GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), and GCC High instances. For more information, check out the Microsoft 365 roadmap ID 186222.
