Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights custom nudges
Microsoft Viva, a platform that combines communication, knowledge, learning, and insights, now offers custom nudges for its Viva Insights product. This new feature allows customers and partners to configure custom nudges and recurring nudge workflows that support custom targeting criteria, UX templates, publication tools, and visibility into impact measures. The nudging workflows can include a chain of nudges, and recurrence can be set for weekly or monthly suggestions. The feature is now generally available and was released in June CY2024, with a worldwide platform available on the web cloud instance.
