PowerPoint: New entry point for add-in (WXP) in Home tab for Mac

PowerPoint for Mac just got even more user-friendly with the new add-in entry point. This update ensures that users can quickly locate and access the add-ins they need within the application, streamlining the add-in acquisition process. With this improved functionality, users no longer have to waste time and effort searching through menus and tabs to find their desired add-ins.
This general availability update was released on January CY2024, with the goal of improving the user experience for add-in users on Mac. The new entry point can be found in the Home tab and will enhance the functionality of add-ins within PowerPoint on Mac.
Overall, this update is part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to improve the user experience across its suite of products, making it easier than ever to find and use the tools you need to work efficiently.
The full details of this update can be found on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
