Microsoft Outlook: New search UI for contacts and global address list

Microsoft Outlook is rolling out a new search UI feature for contacts and the global address list in late June 2024, which will provide a new experience for searching contacts and the global address list while addressing mail and calendar events in Outlook for Mac. This update is part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 397093 and there is no required preparation needed for this roll-out. Users will be able to view contact information and the organizational chart when adding recipients with similar names, ensuring that the correct person is added. The roll-out is expected to be completed by mid-August 2024, and this update will have a worldwide impact on General Availability.
