Microsoft Teams: New collaborative environment in Microsoft Mesh

Microsoft Teams is about to launch the Project Studio environment which is a new immersive environment ideal for small group collaboration in Teams and Mesh events. The rollout is scheduled to begin in early November 2024 and expected to be completed by late December 2024 and does not require any admin action. The Project Studio, optimized for synchronous teamwork and productivity, will provide event organizers with one new environment to use in Mesh events via the Mesh Portal. Users can access the Project Studio environment through the Mesh Portal on the web at Events and create events using the new environment. After the rollout, the Project Studio environment will appear next to Workshop, Oasis, and Meadow in the Start from scratch during event creation. No admin action is required before the rollout. It is recommended to review the current configuration and notify users about the change while updating relevant documentation.
