Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights leader deep-dive reports focus on customers, business operations and agility

Microsoft continues to expand its Viva platform with a new feature in Viva Insights that allows leaders to track metrics and suggested actions tied to business outcomes. The Viva Insights app in Teams has a new report that provides leaders with a bundle of relevant metrics and suggested actions. Leaders can also customize the filters to further drill down data, for instance, by time periods, benchmarks, scopes, and view insights breakdown by groups within their organization to gain a deeper understanding of their business operations and agility. This new feature is set to be released in December CY2023.

This is a promising update, as it demonstrates the continuous investment and commitment from Microsoft to provide users with an increasingly comprehensive experience on the Viva platform.
