Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights leader deep-dive reports focus on customers, business operations and agility
Microsoft Viva continues to expand its features with the introduction of the Viva Insights app in Teams. The app offers a new report for leaders that focuses on business outcomes. The report presents relevant metrics and suggested actions, and leaders have the option to customize filters to get insights breakdowns by groups within their organization. This feature provides leaders with the necessary tools to make informed decisions and improve business operations and agility.
Microsoft Viva is currently in General Availability and will be available worldwide on the web cloud platform. The release date for this feature is scheduled for December CY2023. If you're interested in learning more about this feature, follow the link to Microsoft's roadmap (ID: 164211).
