Viva Insights – New Copilot adoption metrics and completing total actions taken
Microsoft Viva has released a set of new Copilot adoption metrics and updated the "total actions taken" metric to include these new metrics. The Copilot dashboard and Viva Insights Advanced insights now include seven additional adoption metrics.
This update comes with the General Availability release phase of the product and is available on Desktop and Cloud Instances worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). The new metrics help users to gauge their Copilot adoption and better understand how they are utilizing the feature. This update was released on October CY2024 and can be accessed through the Microsoft 365 roadmap (ID 418379).
To make the most of the new features and improve their overall experience, users are encouraged to explore these new metrics thoroughly. With these changes, Microsoft Viva is committed to enhancing the usability and effectiveness of its product, making it more accessible and user-friendly.
