Microsoft Viva: Topics Adoption Metrics Dashboard
Microsoft Viva is introducing a new dashboard that will provide analytics and metrics to track the health of adoption for Viva Topics. Knowledge managers and admins will have access to a set of metrics that will give them insights into the adoption of Viva Topics, along with health targets and recommended actions to drive each metric to a healthy level. This dashboard aims to help organizations stay on track with their adoption goals.
The dashboard is set to be released in preview mode in December CY2022, with the official release scheduled for January CY2023. It will be available on the web and cloud instances in the GCC and worldwide for standard multi-tenant platforms.
For organizations using Viva Topics or planning to adopt it, this dashboard will prove to be a valuable tool in measuring and tracking the success of their adoption journey.
