New adoption health metrics dashboard available for Viva Topics
Viva Topics just released a new adoption health metrics dashboard! With this dashboard, knowledge managers can track the adoption of Viva Topics and how the AI is performing in discovering and surfacing topics. The dashboard provides five metrics that give insight into user interactions with topics. To help with adoption, the dashboard also provides recommended actions for tenants to take that have been implemented by the most successful Viva Topics adopters. Admins can access the dashboard under the "Analytics" tab in the Topic Center if they have knowledge manager permissions in the Viva Topics setup. Just note that there is a lack of data prior to August and intermittent data issues in August. This feature is in preview and will be rolling out to all Viva Topics tenants from late October to mid-November.
