Microsoft Copilot Dashboard for Viva Insights licensed customers

Microsoft is set to launch the Copilot Dashboard in early February 2024, which will provide Viva Insights licensed organizations with additional insights that merge Copilot usage metrics with collaboration and sentiment data. This newly added feature will enable Viva Insights analysts to create custom reports based on the metrics, allowing more granular views of Copilot adoption, usage patterns, user sentiment, and return on investment across teams, functional roles, and more. The Copilot Dashboard helps organizations to prepare for deploying AI, drive adoption of AI, and measure the impact of Copilot on the organization. The dashboard will provide insights covering categories such as readiness, adoption, and impact, with access controls managed by Global admins. Users who have Viva Insights licenses and access to the dashboard can apply filters and group the Copilot adoption and impact metrics by organizational attributes such as organization, level designation, and job function. Additionally, leader users can view metrics such as actions before and after Copilot, and comparisons between Copilot and non-Copilot users. Viva Insights admins can upload survey data in CSV format through the advanced insights app, and leader users can view the uploaded sentiment results in the Copilot Dashboard. To benefit from the newly added feature, organizations will need to assign everyone a Viva Insights license.
