Easier to filter and sort messages reported by users

Easier to filter and sort messages reported by users

Microsoft has made it easier for tenants with Exchange Online Protection, Microsoft Defender for Plan 1 or Plan 2, or Microsoft 365 Defender plan to filter and sort messages reported by end-users. This can be done through Microsoft Report Message Add-In, Microsoft Report Phish Add-In, or Outlook Web Access built-in Report button on the User Reported under Submissions. The feature allows filtering of messages by report types and phish simulation, sorting the reports by columns either in ascending or descending order, filtering either using a custom range or pre-defined time periods, and applying multiple filters. The update is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 100159 and is expected to roll out from mid-April 2023 to late April 2023. Users don't need to take any action to enable these changes. If users have any feedback, they may provide it from the Message center post using the text box after doing thumbs up or thumbs down, as it will directly reach the responsible team.
