Microsoft Defender for Office allows submission of up to 100 emails
If you're a tenant with Exchange Online Protection, Microsoft Defender for Plan 1 or Plan 2, or Microsoft 365 Defender plan, you'll soon be able to submit up to 100 emails to Microsoft for analysis from quarantine, threat explorer (or real-time detections tool), and User reported page. This new change will start rolling out in late April 2023 and will be completed by mid-May 2023.
With this change, you'll be able to make fewer manual submissions while increasing the number of emails you can submit at once. There is no action needed to prepare for this change, but you may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate. Keep an eye out for this new feature, which will enhance your submission process and ultimately improve your email security.
