Microsoft Viva Insights (Workplace Analytics): Service plan updates

In an effort to provide insights into organizational trends, Microsoft Office 365 will be receiving a service plan update for Microsoft Viva Insights Backend in late October 2024. This update, which will be seamlessly integrated into users' experience, allows for the implementation of various Viva Insights Workplace Analytics features that provide rich and actionable insights into an organization's communication and collaboration trends. The rollout will happen automatically, with no admin action required beforehand, for all customers who have purchased Microsoft Viva Insights Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback. Users do not need to take any specific action to prepare for the update.
