New praise compose experience in Teams and praise trends in Viva Insights

Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature called "Praise" designed to recognize and appreciate the efforts of colleagues working together on Teams. Users can utilize this feature by sending praise to their colleagues through the messaging extension pinned to the Teams messaging bar or through the Microsoft Viva Insights app in Teams. Admins can use the Microsoft Teams admin center to enable/disable Praise, and the praise composer and praise card design will be updated for all Teams users. The new composer is refreshed to replace praise badges with emojis, introduce the ability to select gradient backgrounds, and offers a more delightful experience when sending praise. Praise trends are also being introduced in the Viva Insights app in Teams, providing users with analytics such as counts of praise sent and received, top fans, and top praises received. This new feature will be standard release and will be rolled out from early November to early December.
