Teams Help App Pops Out by Default
Teams Help app in Microsoft Teams now offers a better user experience by opening as a pop-out window instead of filling the entire screen. This allows users to view help content while working on Teams. The Help app can be accessed from the question mark icon on the bottom left side of the Teams application, and when a user selects ‘Topics’, ‘Training’, or ‘What’s new’, the Help app will launch in a separate window. The pop-out feature is available for Teams on desktop only, and not for Teams on the web. The update will roll out in early March and is expected to be completed by late March. No preparation is required for this feature and relevant training documents should be updated accordingly.
