Power Platform admin center – Changes to support request product list

Changes are coming to the product listing when creating a new support request in the Help + support page within the Power Platform admin center. From April 7, 2023, the following products will be listed in the primary product selection menu: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform Administration. This update will not have any functional impact on your license(s).
For those who use the Power Platform admin center, these modifications help streamline the process of creating a support request by providing easier access to specific product categories. Expect to see these updates rolling out starting April 7, 2023.
