The improvements target streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency. In this preview feature, agents can move recipients between To, CC, and BCC fields while composing emails. Additionally, recipient email addresses are now displayed alongside their names, allowing for more accurate communication and a simplified tracking and management process. Agents can easily link email addresses to corresponding Dynamics 365 records, and view out-of-office statuses set by recipients, tailoring their communication effectively. These enhancements aim to increase productivity and enhance the overall email composition process for agents.
